The Bureau of the Royal Household has announced adjusted visiting arrangements at the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) on March 3-4, 2026, due to Makha Bucha merit-making ceremonies and the seasonal change of the Emerald Buddha’s attire.
With the New Year just around the corner, Buddhists in Bangkok are getting ready to embark on a spiritual journey, visiting nine temples to invoke prosperity and good health in 2024.
